Since 2020, Som Katı Yakıt Pazarlama Dağıtım A.Ş. has been undertaking the domestic and international sales, marketing and supply processes of high quality lignite coal mined by its subsidiary Polyak Eynez Enerji Üretim Madencilik in Kinik, Izmir (Soma Eynez Basin).
Powder, Walnut and Hazelnut Coal products meet the demands of the market for heating and industrial purposes.
Som Solid Fuel has more than 300 retailers in 31 different provinces. Our retailers offer products for both heating and industrial consumption. Som Solid Fuel is also a direct supplier to large-scale industrial companies.
Thanks to the Coal Preparation/Washing Facility with a capacity of 600 tons per hour, it is possible to produce to meet all kinds of product needs of the region on the basis of size and calorific value.
A substantial part of the coal reserves has a calorific value of 4,800-5,800 Kcal/kg. It is one of the most preferred domestic fuels for household (heating) and industrial use.
Additionally, the coal, which has the capacity to be used instead of imported coal with <1% sulfur value, is sold in various sizes and packages.
Since the day we were founded, we have brought together quality national energy with our esteemed users and contributed to the economy in our marketing activities in the field of industry and heating.
With a total daily loading capacity of 250 vehicles, including 75 vehicles of bagged coal and 175 vehicles of bulk coal, operations such as entry, loading, weighing and exit at the Operation Site are carried out entirely through the electronic system.
Som Solid Fuel, uses E-Commerce and E-Collection methods in its Sales Portal, which provides serious convenience to its retailers and customers in terms of payment and balance tracking as well as tracking logistics activities.
